Wedding rehearsal

Do they not have someone else there in his stead ?? I’m sure they’re not just letting the church run itself. Ask one of his partners to give you instructions. I’m sure they’ll me more than helpful. I’d call ASAP though, 5 hours before is not a comforting thought at all.

Honestly, you don't need a rehearsal at all. The priest can just tell people when to walk and where to stand immediately before the ceremony. Jewish weddings rarely have rehearsals, and there hasn't been a spate of people falling flat on their faces as a result.

Our (Catholic wedding) rehearsal was led by the church’s wedding coordinator. If I were you, I would reach out the parish church office for guidance.
