2. Ribbon Wands (you could also do little flags or pennants)

Glow sticks- I know you mentioned not liking the colors but they do make bright white ones

Fiber optic wands (they come in white or multi color)

Can anything be thrown/tossed like flower petals or lavender?

i personally did bubbles and the photos for it came out SO NICE.

Bubbles are always cute. I've been to a ton of weddings that used those. You do always get them all over your hands, but it's fun and very cute.
Also, I was also going to say that I'm sure you can order glow sticks all in one color! I'm sure that's possible. But those fiber optics look absolutely awesome.

I'd also consider what time your send off is. If it's totally dark outside, the lighted options will look very cool. If it's still light, or dusky, the bubbles or pompoms would be fun and visible. Best of luck! So many fun ideas!

Hi how are I was having the same issue. My venue don't allow rice confetti or sparkles. So I had to thing outside box.
I'm having a daytime wedding so I found these cute streamers attached to a wand with bells on them. They photograph really nice i found them on amazon
