Cost is so dependent on your location. Someone in NYC or LA will not pay the same price as someone in Colorado or Wisconsin. If there are even vendors willing and able to do this for you.

Most flower walls are silks, which are more expensive than fresh contrary to popular belief, and the labor involved in assembly is what adds to the cost. Some rental companies have these already made but you are limited to what they have on hand. With a florist, if you choose fresh flowers to cut costs, you will still pay through the nose for labor costs.
You have to call around in your area to rental companies and florists for price quotes. There is no one price range for everyone.

Go on GoogleMaps and look up florists, day of coordinators, and party rental businesses.

I should add, the $12,000 price tag was just for the wall. They didn’t have a curtain wall or this type of seating, so I’m not sure what that would run you.

A ton of dough. Flowers are super expensive these days. Have you asked for a quote for centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, etc? Be prepared to drop thousands on a wall. The walls I’ve seen are real, not silks like someone wrote.

Look up rental vendors for fake flower walls. I haven't priced them but I'm sure it's less expensive to rent a fake one than get a florist to do a real flower wall.

I've seen real flower walls or giant paper flower walls. The latter could be a fun alternative, maybe diy depending on your aesthetic. I have also seen fake ivy walls with custom made neon signs, but they tend to be for businesses or shops as a photo backdrop.

Should you invest in a full wall, you could use it for multiple purposes. It could be a gorgeous ceremony arch and with room flip, changes to your sweetheart table. Keep in mind, you won't be seated much unless you have speeches and skipping table visits. Also, your guests would probably love to take their own pics with it. Would you be open to them getting on your stage if it's not able to be moved?

I think Vogue also listed designer wallpaper backdrops for 2022. Again, depends of your aesthetic.
