1 set - 15 sec

rest - 10 sec

2 set - 20 sec

rest - 10 sec

3 set - 20 sec

Total time - 55 sec

    Place elbows directly beneath your shoulders, legs extended. Press through your heels so calves are lengthened. Draw your navel toward your spine and engage your glutes.

    Thanks so much for posting these. Planks I was told was by a trainee are one of the only exercises that actually shrink your waist. Love the challenge!
