Wedding shoes-CONVERSE :)

FH wears Jordan's every day (he works in the industry), and that was one of his wedding requests.

He's buying them for all his groomsman too.

Expensive? Hell yes.

But we're happy to do it for our nearest and dearest.

I will be wearing Kate Spade Keds. I have the white glitter ones, that FH bought me for Christmas. I have a mild obsession with Kate Spade so they are perfect. I am also 5'9 and not comfortable in heels (especially since 1.) I have never worn them so I can't walk in them and 2.) FH is only 2 inches taller than me.)

Toms or birkenstocks are awesome

Sparkly Keds

We just got married on the 18th, our entire wedding party wore chucks.....including me. I wanted to be comfortable and our entire party agreed with it.

I love Toms so I ordered customized ones from ButterMakesMeHappy on Etsy. I'm really flexible with my bridal party so I'm having them wear whatever shoes they like to go with their dress. I suggested flats and sandals to them since we have an outdoor venue. I chose a color for their dress but let them pick whatever style and place they want to get it from. For the guys, we're planning to have them wear dress shoes they already have.

I can't walk in heels and they make me uncomfortable. Plus FH isn't that much taller than me so I am either going to wear flats or flip flops (I'm known as the flip flop queen lol)

Kate Spade

I'm wearing my favorite worn in beat up cowboy boots (Can't see them under my dress at all). FH bought them for me when we first started dating. My mom thinks I'm crazy but they're sentimental and comfortable

I'm wearing the rose gold Kate Spade shoes. My dress has a champagne tone to it. I'm more of a laid back tomboy so they work for me. Heels will also make me taller than my FH.

Side note: I'm super clumsy in general and trip over nothing and I have to walk down a staircase. I'd prefer to not fall in front of my guests.

I'm wearing doc marten boots in either burgundy or sea blue (I'll decide today) so I'll post a pic later

Do what makes you happy. I think people are always going to have something to complain about. One of our GM is upset that his tux is $89.. This is after we paid the deposits and 50% for all the guys.. I mean, there's always going to be something.

FH and I pretty much live in our boots. Ourselves, and our entire bridal party, will be wearing boots for the ceremony and reception!

Im doing TOMS!!! the classic white ones; then I am painting the bottoms of them blue! I practically live in toms, even at work!

FH will be wearing the normal suit shoes for the ceremony, then switching into some nike IDs that I got him or Christmas for the reception!

I'll be wearing a pair of Tieks (fancy flats), I've had my eye on a white shimmery pair FOREVER but they are $200, so now I can justify buying them to myself!
