Wedding shoes that are not high heels

I am wearing heels as long as I can stand it but then these when my feet give up

@Kate, if you have a long dress and you get it hemmed to wear with your heels you'll have to hold your dress up the rest of the night if you change to flats. Just an fyi if you hadn't thought of that. Happened to my fsil

I am wearing blue uggs (my something blue). I wouldn't be comfortable in heels and no one can see my shoes in my dress. My feet will be cozy all day

These are my shoes (but I got them in silver) they can make any color/height which is what drew me to their shop on etsy!

I actually switched shoes mid reception because my heels were killing me! I ended up in some sketcher sandals. If you're looking for something cute yet comfortable I also really like shoes from footsmart.com.

My girls and I are wearing boots.

I do not wear heels. Like ever. I must have tried on a billion shoes til I picked ones from modcloth that were adorable and unique. Also at 1.75 inch heel height they were actually super comfortable and I walked and ran around on the concrete for hours that day and had zero blisters the next. Unprecedented.

If no one's gonna see the shoes, what does it matter? Just wear something comfortable.

I bought FH some customized converses a couple years ago for graduation/birthday, and we've talked a few times about him wearing those and me wearing a customized pair for me (either that I buy myself or that he buys as wedding gift). My only hesitation with this is because of what our colors might be (and how they might clash).

Otherwise, I'll probably just wear flats. With heels, I'm just about the same height as him, and I'd rather be comfortable for standing up for hours.
