Wedding Shower 3/21 cancelled for Covid-19

Our governor just announced the closing of all restaurants, bars, movie theatres, and gyms at 5pm today. We officially decided it’s time to post-pone the bridal shower. It’s a small problem in the big picture but still a bummer. Thankfully we have plenty of time to reschedule.

    Are you in MD? My shower was supposed to be 3/22 and it’s also now cancelled due to the Governor’s announcement. I’m really bummed, but I guess it shouldn’t really matter since we now have to cancel our wedding until the travel bans are lifted.

    I am looking into Google Hangouts or Zoom or even Facebook live for a "virtual shower." I have seen a lot of articles about it!
