Wedding shower - Saturday or Sunday?

I never knew there was a specific day, go figure. I just thought people had it whenever lol. Mine will be on a Saturday morning. Whatever works!

We did my bff's bridal shower on sunday, so i think your wedding shower then is fine

I think either day is acceptable - in the past I do think it was more common to hold them on Sundays but especially if you have out-of-town guests I think Saturday makes more sense. I have attended on both and actually prefer a Saturday as I usually use my Sunday afternoons to organize for the upcoming work week, but if I am close enough to the bride I make it work willingly!
