Wedding sign

Hey - I am curious to see your wedding sign (please share with me, trying to find my own) and I would like to know what you plan to do after the wedding with the sign? Use as a house decoration?

We decided to buy a frame from Michael’s, a template from Etsy (which included templates for other signage we will be using), and artificial flowers from Ling’s Moment, instead of having something personalized made. We may reuse the frame or re-sell it. Wedding sign 1

We honestly skipped a welcome sign, and I don't think anyone noticed or cared. Like you, my thought was "what do I do with this afterward," and when I couldn't think of anything, I just scrapped it. People know whose wedding their attending. I would skip the sigh and save a few bucks.

I've made a few welcome signs for weddings of friends or family and there isn't really a "cute" way to reuse them afterward. I'd recommend, if you really want one, to get one printed and them frame it somehow in a frame you might reuse for a large wedding photo or piece of landscape art or something.

We had this sign at our wedding and still display it in our home!

I haven't made mine yet, but we're not doing a traditional welcome sign, our is going to say "Together is a Beautiful Place to Be" with our last name est 2022 underneath it.

I didn't want a traditional welcome sign because I wanted to be able to use it in our home afterwards. I already bought the actual sign, which is a wood sign with dark wood boarder and white on the inside and I plan on making a template with my cricut for the wording and painting the words on black.

It's going to hang over our TV in our living room after the wedding.

This was our welcome sign! We met on tinder and wanted to pay homage to it. I sold it in a local wedding consignment Facebook group afterwards.
