Shutterfly, Zazzle, Etsy, and Minted are all ones I've seen thrown around a lot. We'll probably be using Zazzle or VP.

Not sure why you don't VistaPrint. We used them for our save the dates and we were incredibly happy with how they turned out. Other options include Zazzle, Shutterfly, Basic Invite, and The American Wedding. My brother used Zazzle for his wedding invitations and they were very nice. I have used Shutterfly in the past for non-wedding related items and I was very happy with them. I also used Basic Invite for addressed envelopes for our save the dates. The American Wedding I used to purchase our wedding invites and they were great!

You can just go to a FedEx Kinkos or Walgreens for that.

I had those printed using VistaPrint and we loved how they turned out. I spoke with Office Depot and Staple's and VistaPrint had the best offer.

Yes, I did. That's what was recommended to me when I went to Office Depot to get pricing from them. The welcome sign I had printed on a 22" x 28" horizontal foam board and the pick a seat not a side sign and hashtag sign I had printed on vertical 22" x 28" foam boards. They were displayed on easels at our wedding. We also had smaller signs for like favors, gifts, escort cards, etc. Those were printed on plain paper and put in frames and then displayed on the tables that had the items they referred to.

I got handwritten signs on acrylic from Etsy. Much more expensive than boards but I love how they turned out
