As the PPs mentioned, some nice ideas are to store them in a box or display them in an album.

You could also cut them into shapes and create a piece of art out of them!

I got something like this (with a different picture on the front) to keep my wedding cards in. You punch holes in the sides of the cards and bind it with the ribbon so it looks like a book. I've seen people take theirs and cut out some shapes and make shadowboxes with their wedding cards too.
