We don't really have a theme for our wedding, just a color palette that I liked.
But, when I think of the 20s, I would do glitzy (gold, navy/black), pearls, and ritzy elegance. You could have signature cocktails that were popular cocktails in the 20s like a side car. I looked on pinterest for some 1920s wedding theme ideas and here are a few I liked for you:

We are going to have a winter theme. We have ice covered garland, poinsettias and snowflakes. There will be lanterns as well.
For the 20's you have so many ways to go about this. Unique Vintage has some really wonderful clothes, a great quality as well. Thrift shops carry a nice amount of quality items from the 20's
