Wedding timeline: 3pm

Timeline help please! I’m feeling very overwhelmed with a bunch of sample timelines I’ve seen. I can’t find anything that seems like it would work for me. Any help would be appreciated! I have 2 bridesmaids and we will have 2 stylists getting me, my bridesmaids, my mom and MIL ready. Total of 5 people. We aren’t doing a first look and the ceremony is set to begin at 3. We only have photographer for 6 hours.

Talk to your stylist about how long they expect the getting ready process to take. Our stylist and photographer were crucial in getting our timeline together.

Your hair/makeup team and photographer commonly make timelines based on your start and end times. Consult with them for ideas based on your situation.

I had a 2:30 ceremony, no first look. I think we started hair and make up between 7:30-8. 5 girls getting both services. I had one stylist just for me and then I think there were 3 others.
Ask your stylist how much time they need.

Yes, talk to your stylist and photographer and let them know what you're thinking-- my photographer basically put our timeline together and my stylist had everything broken down to what time she would start our hair, make-up, what order we were going in, etc. We aren't doing a first look either, but my photographer will come take pics of me and my daughter (MOH) before the ceremony, also the first-look with my dad. We're doing a short/30 min ceremony, 1 hour cocktail hour, reception intros, immediately into first dances, dinner will be served, toasts will start as soon as last dinner plate is served, cake-cutting, then dancing and sparkler exit (all will take place between 3:30pm-9:30pm, so 6 hours). We wanted to get all of the "formalities" out of the way early at the reception so our guests could dance/drink/enjoy the night-- DJ's also don't like to keep stopping and restarting the music for things. You'll get it all figured out! Smiley smile
