Wedding timeline - 6pm ceremony with first look

Hi! Was just wondering if someone could share their wedding timeline with me! Our ceremony starts at 6 pm and ceremony and reception are at the same spot. We’re getting ready at a hotel that’s about 15 minutes away. Our photographer arrives at 1:30 pm and we’re doing a first look at 3:30 pm. I have four bridesmaids and a junior bridesmaid, and my mom & mother in law are also getting their hair and makeup im done.

    We're starting at 6am at a hotel 5 minutes from the venue. An outline of my timeline is below. Are you looking for anything specific?

    2:30 pm: pictures

    5:30pm: ceremony

    6pm: cocktails

    6-6:15pm: sunset pictures

    8pm: receptions

    8:15: first dance and cake cutting

    8:30: dinner starts

    1am: end

    Our photographer will arrive at the venue at 2pm. So will everyone else. I have my 6 women (my mom and MIL included) getting ready with me. My FH will have 4 people getting ready with him. We're doing almost all of the pictures before the ceremony because we want to enjoy the cocktail "hour". Also that way hair and makeup will be fresh and no one will have cried yet.
