    3 pm- BP photos

4 pm- end photos, touch up hair and makeup

    4:30 pm- ceremony begins

5 pm- cocktail hour begins, family photos begin

5:20 pm- photos of couple alone, sign marriage license

    6 pm- grand entrance/first dance

6:10 pm- welcome speech from bride

6:15 pm- prayer from bride's aunt

    6:20 pm- dinner is served

7 pm- speeches begin, dinner continues

    7:20 pm- spotlight dances

    7:30 pm - cake cutting

    7:35 pm- dance floor opens

Invite time refers to the time on the actual invitations, while the ceremony start time is 5-10 minutes after (because you know SOMEONE will be running late lol) Smiley smile

I didn't even know that was a thing! I put ceremony time on the invites as 3:30 so I have to start at 3:35 or 3:40?

You don't have to, but I know my FH's side of the family and they tend to be the tardy type. It's really just a know your crowd type thing and I just don't want people showing up while I'm walking down the aisle. You can absolutely start the show exactly at the invite time!

Also to note: 2:45 is listed on invitations. I want to start at 3. But, 3:10 the latest. Our ceremony and reception is right next door from each other. We have our venue from 3-8pm.

7:00 am- wake up, get kids to school because they need to be out of my hair, shower and messy bun

8:15am- IEP meeting with my son's teachers.

9:15am- Surprise FH and BM with coffee and donuts.

    10:30am- makeup

11am- pick up kids from school, drop son off with FH and BM

    12pm- hair

1:15pm- groom and men arrive at church photos of the grooms party

1:20pm- me and daughter and my crew arrive at church, shimmy into wedding dress, get daughter dressed

    1:45pm- photos with bridal party

2:00pm- ceremony starts. They all better be there on time.

2:30- 3pm- photos with everyone. We have such a small amount of people coming, no one is going to be "waiting around."

    3:45pm- arrive at restaurant

4pm- food! and whatever after that. We're doing just dinner.

Another May 2020 bride here! Just gotta say that you guys are soooo prepared. I haven't even started planning the timeline out yet. Keep telling myself that I have a time, lol.

    But here's the general idea:

    11 am - hair

2 pm - get to church & getting dressed photos

2:45 pm - first look with dad

3:00 pm - bride & BM, FH & GM, Bride & immediate family, groom & immediate fam

    4:00 pm - ceremony

5:00 pm - BP pics & larger family pics

    6:30 pm - cocktail 30 starts

    7:00 pm - Grand entrance

Then welcome, eat, cut cake, toasts, first dance, father/daughter, Mom/son, everybody (parents first dance songs) boquet & garter, dance some, dollar dance, party more until 10:30 pm

Well thank you so much! I appreciate it. I know we have a little over 7 months left but I'm REEEALLY stressing out because we still have all the little stuff left over. It's driving me nuts. I thought I was on top of everything until I remembered having to make a timeline!!
