Help I don’t know how to time everything for my wedding. We are arriving at 12 getting ready and taking pictures with first look and everything. Then everyone arrives at 4 ceremony starts at 4:15 I’m guessing it’ll last 20 minutes? Then we will go off for a little to make our entrance but I’m not having a cocktail hour really since I have no alcohol. I’m not sure when to start dinner when to do the cake and when do to dancing speeches etc.

    I did alot of Google searching when I was building my own timeline. Is your ceremony and reception at the same place? Are you having music? There's alot of factors to consider but this article is helpful.

    Since you aren't having a cocktail hour, I'd get into dinner service right away! Give some buffer time for your guests to change rooms, then you can kick off the reception events!
