Wedding venue cancelled my date

I was booked at a new wedding venue in my town called Noah's event Venue and was excited about being one of their first weddings in the new venue. This week, with 4 months to go to our wedding they called and told us that the venue won't be done until June 2020 and they had to cancel our wedding. I'm devastated and trying to pick up the pieces at this point. With a strict budget and amazing deals on every aspect of the wedding being ruined by this what would you do? Is uninviting a guest after the save the date goes out due to this to stay In Budget a horrible thing to do? Or do you just plan a quick wedding your just ok with? I'm at a loss and could use some advice from all you brides out there
