What area of NC are you located in?
Have you tried searching the venue tab here on wedding wire? I would start there looking for all-inclusive venues.

I got a search started for you in the WeddingWire venue directory. I didn't know what city you were in so you can change that, but I included filters for venues that include bar services, catering, and event rentals to help you narrow in on an all-inclusive place you'll love.
