We had the same issue. We ended up going with our Venue's recommendation and then Googling a couple other hotels in case the recommended hotel didn't have a shuttle to our Venue. After we figured out where we wanted to stay, we were able to add the hotel in the "add space" or by searching for what is "near" by typing in all of the Hotels information. Took a little longer since it wouldn't just pop up but our information is saved correctly which is all that matters!

I also recommend seeing about Hotel Blocks! Most places have deals where you can get a discounted/free room for you and can get discounted rooms for your wedding guests who need to stay the night. Plus, it never hurts to have a place save a certain number of rooms so they all don't fill up on the big day!
