My fiance and I purchased a custom domain from WeddingWire, and after the initial year, we renewed the domain, but now the domain no longer works (it just goes to a generic website page). We have already sent out our save-the-dates with our wedding website domain listed (since it was working when we sent them out), and guests are seeing the broken website so we're trying to get fixed as quickly as possible...
Has anybody else had this problem? We've contacted WeddingWire multiple times over the past few weeks and have STILL not heard anything back :/
