Wedding website issues - mostly mobile

Hi everyone - I would love some help in this as we plan on having everyone RSVP online.

My friends with iPhones are able to pull up our wedding website - I am able to pull it up (android) but my other friends with androids are not able to? We all use Sprint. I have seen a lot of posts about issues pulling up the mobile site - is this just a weddingwire problem and I should cancel this website and get a new one?

ALSO - our page on mobile and desktop pulls up a blank screen and doesn't open straight to the "welcome" page.. why is this? Has this happened to anyone and you've figured it out? It looks so silly on mobile and I doubt older people are going to know to look for the tabs at the top of the page (mobile) and will assume the website is broken - picture of what I am talking about added.

Is this just how it looks for everyone all the time? I am sure everyone my age will figure it out but I dunno - I am worried people are just going to be thrown off.

Is there a way to get it to just open to the welcome page? This looks empty and weird to me. Can you add a picture? I have literally clicked through all the editing stuff and haven't found anything.


Any help would be appreciated! I am frustrated now and can only imagine how much MORE frustrating this will be when it gets closer to the wedding.

    Hi Caitlin! The issue with your wedding website not automatically opening to the welcome page is an issue that is specific to the 'Paged' layout on the wedding website. Our Development Team is aware of this issue and working to fix it as we speak! I recommend that you change your layout to the 'Stacked' layout until this issue is fixed.


    For your guests who cannot open your wedding website, what device are they using? I am able to pull up your website successfully on iOS and Android!

    They are using Android and it's multiple people... It's interesting because it works for me - also Android.

    I was worried I would have to go with the 'stacked' option lol - I love the 'paged' layout and hope the issue is fixed soon!
