I anyone else having issue with the wedding website? Does anyone if there is a phone number for support?

We are having issues with the custom domain purchased loading correctly and importing our registry URL.

I added the custom domain per the site instructions, but when navigating to the site/URL, a 404 error is received. And when trying to import our registry URL per the site instructions, URL will not import error states it is "invalid" URL is not invalid, I can access our Honeyfund registry URL from a browser so the URL is not invalid.

We have sent over 100 wedding invitations with the wedding website details, so we cant just go to a different site and now have guest contacting us saying they cant access the site to RSVP to our wedding.
I have contacted support but only receive cut/paste of the same instructions available on the site which is zero help with resolving the issue.

Thank you, I was contacted yesterday and provided the information requested. The updates still have not been made and I have guests contacting me about not being able to access the website to RSVP. When the updates will be made so our guests can access the site?
