Wedding website not searchable?

Hey all! Just looking for help troubleshooting. My wedding website has been live for a while (at least three months), and I have the “searchable” option turned on, but when I test it to try and search for it, nothing comes up. Thoughts? I had heard that sometimes the system needed a month to make the websites searchable, but it’s been set up longer. Any other ideas as to why it might not be working?

    I would contact WW tech support to see what the issue may be.

    Wedding wire has been frustrating for us too. When we started, it was before their huge update and it just confused everything. A few of our guests had some trouble searching as well but not very many. It’s been okay lately so maybe some bugs needed to be worked out after they changed their entire website
