Wedding Website not working

Has anyone else’s wedding website been down? Ours doesn’t load but we are able to make edits through the app. I reached out to support a month ago and they have still not fixed it! We need this up and running to send our our invites so it’s really starting to become crucial for us.

    Most of the users on here don't even use wwdsing wire for websites. Unfortunately, since you can't get in touch with support, you just might have to make a new site on a different platform. Being that you haven't sent out anything yet, would that be something you'd be able to do??

    Question - are you requiring your guests to provide their names when logging on? If so, and they are on Internet Explorer it won't load (but it will work on every other platform). Remove that feature and it will work just fine on any platform.

    It's taken me months to figure that out and I even reached out to the help desk.

    We are not, but I’ll have to check and make sure we didn’t accidentally choose that feature, that’s interesting!

    I thought of doing that but our invites are already all sealed up and have our website address listed on them, as well as the save the dates we already sent out, I would think we wouldn’t be able to use the same site name.
