Wedding Website- Registry Page

Someone help! I am a tech saavy person but I CANNOT figure out how to get my registries to show up on my website?!

On my edit website page I see this:

I click the "add registry" box and it gives me this...

I click "create your registry" and then...

I have 2 registries uploaded. Although my amazon still says pending but it's been over a week since I uploaded it. It shows my registries here on my end but when I preview my wedding website as a guest, nothing is there?! I don't understand what I am doing wrong and I am getting so frustrated.

    I would contact the WW tech support to see what is going on.

    They are only open M-F, I was hoping someone could help me out before then, otherwise I will on Monday.

    I think this is a WW issue. Several people have posted problems with their websites in the last few minutes.

    Hi Megan! I see that your Amazon registry has been synced and your Honeyfund registry is currently set to 'Hidden'. If you want to make the Honeyfund registry active, just go to the registry settings and click 'Show' under that registry!

    I changed it to "show" but how does a guest see the registries if they go to my wedding website? Nothing shows up, even when I make the registry page unhidden...I'm missing a step somewhere and I don't know what I'm doing wrong? Is there a way to speak to someone on the phone?

    Hi Megan! It looks like you just hadn't added the WeddingWire Registry to the registry page on your wedding website. I went ahead and added it on your behalf and you should now see that it displays on your wedding website!

    Great I see it now but how did you add that? I only see the 1 registry and I have 2? Also, does this automatically update if I add or delete items?

    To add it to your wedding website, I just clicked on the 'Registry' page on your website and clicked 'Add Registry'. A pop-up window then appears asking if I wanted to link the website to the registry tool, which I selected 'Yes'. Additionally, I went ahead and made your Honeyfund registry visible. You will now see the Honeyfund registry at the top of the registry page, however, their items will not pull into that larger item view since only some retailers' items will be pulled into that section at this time.

    Ok so some items won't show up like other items? Because I have Target, Bed Bath and Beyond and Wayfair and only Target shows up in the larger items. I've been trying over 2 weeks to fix this but with no help

Only select retailer's items will appear in the item preview on your WeddingWire Registry page however, a link to each retailer will always appear at the top of the page for your guests to see.
