Wedding website search

So I am wondering why when my guests go to weddingwire.us and they search my or my fiancé‘s name our wedding website does not come up. Can someone tell me if there is a setting I have to go to and change or is it only the paid customers. I am just confused! Thanks

    Unfortunately this has been a known problem for quite a while. Best advice is to just give your guests the direct link to your website.

    Hi Payton! Like Stacey said, we are currently experiencing an issue with our website search function on the WeddingWire homepage. Our Development Team is aware of the issue and working to fix it as we speak, however, we do not have a timeline for the issue. In the meantime, we recommend that you provide your guests with your direct wedding website URL to avoid any confusion.

    Hi Payton!

    I was not aware there was a option to search for a couple's website on here. I would recommend using the direct link. I have had zero issues going through our direct wedding website link!
