Okay- I am SO new and rather ignorant of wedding website information! We are having an intimate wedding, however inviting family from several states! (we are inviting about 20-30 family members that need this information IF they choose to come)

Its a rather casual wedding, and I really am not doing the 'go big or go home' kinda wedding- just simple, cute, to the point!

SO- I am NOT good with wording AT ALL! I need some grammar experts to help me out and to make everything I am trying to put onto the website sound nicer than it does- LOL

I wanted to add various and random information for those who will be coming- its all super random but information I would like to share! Do i need to exclude anything? (like the pictures info?) Do I need to have certain information on different pages of the website?
Also- its non negotiable, we will not be serving alcohol and I feel the need to communicate this before people RSVP, because if this changes their mind, so be it!

Here is the information I want to include:

-Immediately following the ceremony family photos will be taken.

-The buffet line will open at 6:30 PM at the _________ Baptist Church

-At 8:30 PM there will be a sparkler send off for the newly-weds directly outside of the Baptist Church as they head to their honeymoon!

-For those traveling out of town and need hotel and accommodation suggestions, please contact __________________

-In the event of rain- Ceremony will be moved to the Milesburg Baptist Church. We will let guests know the day before if the location has changed.

Please Note: Dinner will be served with dry drinks only!

I am expecting a high decline ratio because the closest family I have to me live in separate states. Minimum 5 hours traveling time (most cases 10-18). It’s kinda complicated, but to me they are my closest family so I invited them, however; I, to them, am not their closest family, so therefore I do not expect them to want to make the journey for their second cousins daughter. We did not want a huge wedding with dancing and a party and the works- we really wanted just a small ceremony with dinner, so why do something we don’t want to do for the people who most likely will not come either way?

Sounds super cute! Congratulations! "Newlyweds" is one word and doesn't need to be hyphenated. I don't think there is anything wrong with what you want to put on your website. My website has a specific "travel" section that includes hotel options, rental car options, and airport information. I think all the rest could go together, and I don't know if you have to tell people it's a buffet line. Maybe, "dinner will be served at 6:30 PM"?

Don't forget to include what time the ceremony starts too that's kind of important Smiley smile
