Wedding Website

I need guidance. Please read my whole thread before answering because I am not having a traditional wedding so I am not following any traditions.
We are eloping with our immediate family only. When we get back we are having a casual backyard celebration with our closest friends and family.

Now that I finished our wedding website, where do I post it? OR do I not post it on social media at all? I am going to include the wedding website on the party invitations. BUT I also wanted to share our wedding website on my social media. Is this typically done? My only concern for that is since we are limiting our guest list to 60 - I do not want other people to get offended that they were not invited. My solution to that was WIX allows you to password protect a page (in this case my RSVP page) to where if you do not have the password you cannot see that specific page.

For our distant family and friends not invited to our celebration party we are going to out wedding announcements, because I feel like they at least deserve that much. Is it okay to post our wedding website on the announcement so they can see our site, engagement and wedding photos, plus our registry if they wanted to send us something?

As for the RSVP page, do I leave it on password-protected and include the password on the invitation? Or do I hide the page from the wedding website and have people go to a specific link?

To understand better here is my site - OnTheRoadToPerrone.com

I wouldnt post it on socials. You could always include it on your wedding announcement that you're mailing and say "heres where you can go to look at our photos"

I wouldn’t post it on social media at all. Just share it on your invitations and announcements.

If you want to post it on social media, I would wait until after the wedding. People will still want to look at everything afterwards, and you won’t have to worry about who’s rsvp-ing who shouldn’t be. There’s always going to be a few who are upset/sad they weren’t invited, but that’s with any wedding.

I wouldn’t recommend posting it on social media. Yes, you should put your website on any announcements or invites.
You can also share the URL via email or a private Facebook message to specific people invited to your wedding.

No, don't post in on social media unless you are inviting every single one of your social media friends. If someone isn't invited to your wedding, they won't really care to see the website and they certainly won't be sending a gift so I wouldn't worry about that. You can post pictures from your wedding on social media, but that's it.
