I made ours on Zola. If you go look at their website, it gives examples and templates of the different themes!

I made my website on The Knot. They had a bunch of templates available! We added basic information on a variety of pages, such as ceremony start time, location, details about the hotel room block, things to do in the area (it's a semi-destination wedding), FAQ (including COVID restrictions), RSVP section, and a page with pictures of my fiance and me. Where are you creating your website through?

Many people have recommended withjoy.com and wix.com which are pretty straightforward entering info.

I may wanna just ask here lol. Are wedding websites necessary for a lot of brides? Are they making it more fun or making your planning easier??

They're not required or necessary by any means, but they are a great source of info! The wedding websites are intended to be more useful for the guests instead of the bride and groom. They can be fun to make though! Put pictures of you and your fiance, your love story, wedding party bios, etc. as fun things to add! If you decide to create a website: at minimum, add the date/time/location details and maybe an FAQ page that lists out the requested attire style, directions on how to get to the venue, parking info, etc.

Made ours with Zola and I love it. Not only is it fun, its convenient for our guests to check out info and RSVP, and it gives me a "its really happening!" feel LOL

Mine is not visible yet because we haven't finished or else I'd let you see mine.
