Wedding week anxiety

Hey everyone! My wedding is coming up on Friday and I’m a nervous wreck!! I’m excited but ready for it to be over with already. It’s currently 5 AM where I am and I just cannot shut my brain off to get any sleep. I keep thinking about what could go wrong between now and then!
Anybody else getting married this week? How are you feeling? Also does anybody have any recommendations for curing pre-wedding insomnia? Lol

    I recommend drinking something warm before bed and shutting off all electronics are place your phone in another room. Definitely don't sleep with your phone

    Put your phone away - no blue screen light for at least 2 hrs before bed. Right before getting into bed, lie on the floor on your back with the backs of your legs up against the wall and your arms out to your sides. Close your eyes and relax in this position for 5-10 mins. Melatonin is a natural supplement that could help you fall asleep. I take unisom when I’m having a really hard time getting sleep. Guided meditation may help also.

    Same situation, wedding is saturday, both exited and ready for it to be over..... Having the same issues when trying to sleep cant fall asleep worrying about everything.
