Wedding welcome sign

soontobemrsN, on February 17, 2017 at 7:11 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 17

For those brides out there that have done a "welcome to our wedding" sign at the entrance, what size did you do? There's so many different sizes to order! Thanks in advance Smiley smile

I found an awesome vintage framed picture from goodwill, painted my own chalk paint onto it and transformed it into a chalkboard. I ordered a personalized decal with FH and is names from Etsy and will place it on the frame. I believe it is about 24" high by 20" wide

I did a four square frame that is 16x20. Put welcome & our names in one, the date in another, and two pictures in the bottom.

We had a 24×36 frame sitting around our apartment so just going to use that. FH is designing the sign to look like those welcome signs that has the bridal party info on it since it's a large frame. The only cost to us is printing this which we are getting printed at a local store for $3.

I ordered a 18x24 sign from Zazzle.com and got the frame and easel stand from Michael's store, it was the cheapest option I have found and it looked fabulous.

@lesia that looks amazing!!!!! I just wasn't sure if 18x24 would look small but seeing the picture helps so much!

I make welcome signs in 2 different sizes: 16x20" and 24x36". Just make sure they are big enough for people to see.

I am thinking about having a welcome sign. Silly question, does the welcome sign go where the ceremony will be or where the reception will be?

For me, both events are at the same location/property but at different areas of the property.

I'm also having my ceremony and reception at the same venue just different locations, the welcome sign goes at the entrance of the ceremony id put it near the guestbook table . For the reception I am also doing another sign saying welcome please take a seat and then a seating chart underneath
