Wedding Wire gave away my domain name before it expired and after i paid to renew it! 2
What is up with this!? According to my app, our domain name does not expire until May 12th, and I paid to renew it TODAY, May the 10th. When I go to our domain loveatfirsthike.com it takes me to SOMEONE ELSE'S wedding page!! This is the domain listed on all of our invites! My blood is boiling and I have no idea what to do about this.

    The same thing happened to me! My domain was set to expire. I made the payment, but the domain still expired. Did you ever get this issue fixed or get your money back? I need to to know who to contact.

    This just happened today, so I'm waiting to hear back from Wedding Wire, I sent an email to their help email contact. I'll keep everyone updated on what happens.

    This happened to me today. I paid for the renewal and it appears that my domain was not actually renewed. Has anyone had any luck resolving this issue?

    No, unfortunately WeddingWire was completely incompetent. I was never able to get through to a human via phone, and never got a return email or support reply to this post. I would definitely not recommend WeddingWire as a domain host to anyone, better off using GoDaddy.
