Wedding Wire reset all of my Rsvp's for my wedding to Pending! (wedding 14 days Away)

I just sent out the invitation to all of my guests again to remind them of key details and to direct them to the website and whatnot, but I used the invitation button instead of the RSVP button because I wanted to send it to EVERYBODY, and not just those who have not yet RSVP'd.


In doing so, Wedding Wire reset ALL of my RSVPs to PENDING!!! I have to report that number to my coordinator and organize a seating chart, and all of that information is gone. I NEED that information reset and recovered now!

    I would recommend using Zola or the Knot for services like this. Many others have complained about having issues with WW.

    We do not store guest list information outside of our couples' accounts, but you can go through your messages to see the RSVP responses you had and update the guest list.
