Would you rather have extended hours of your reception with late-night catered eats, or an informal After Hours in a separate location, e.g. the pub or a hotel room with White Castle (or other fast food)?

View Quoted Comment Informal after hours in a separate location! My husband and I did that for our wedding - after the reception ended, a group of us hung out in the lobby of the hotel that we were staying at, ordered pizzas, talked, laughed, and played card games. It was so fun!


Would you rather have mostly flowers or mostly greenery in the bouquets?

Mostly flowers in the bouquets. I did this for the bouquets at my wedding and they were beautiful!


Would you rather have a small wedding party or no wedding party?

I would have a smaller wedding bc it made our wedding very special.

Open bar. My partner would not have alternatives.

I guess that depends by how much, but I'd rather have the wedding run a little behind schedule than have an early end to the reception.

Assuming it's your partner who proposes, would you rather your SO ask for a blessing or permission before proposing or for him/her to inform parents after the fact?

Intimate wedding - (which is what we are planning now for our Catholic convalidation ceremony, and which we had 38 years ago when we were originally married).

Transportation for the bride and groom: horse-drawn carriage or Rolls Royce limo?
