As Neeva said above, it’s basically whoever you hire to perform a task. So, your venue is a vendor. So is your officiant, photographer, caterer, and DJ.

A vendor can be anyone you hire to perform a task. Those roles include:
-DJ
-Caterer
-Florist
-Officiant
-Photographer
