Weddingwire shop issues.

Is anyone else having issues with the WeddingWire shop website? I have been trying to order our wedding favors and my bridesmaids gifts. Got as far as putting in my payment and reviewing the order. Literally just had to hit the final submit and then the site went haywire. Now it either won’t load the shop site at all or I can get a couple screens in and then it can no longer load. Is anyone else dealing with this? Is this an issue on their end? This is so frustrating.

We're not seeing any tickets from users also experiencing this so I would recommend Clearing Cache and check to see if your browser needs to update.

Hi. I actually started a chat with customer service and was told there was a glitch in the system that day. The glitch was causing the error. They told me they weren’t sure when the glitch would be fixed but that the IT department was working on it. Thankfully I was able to place my order later that evening so the issue has been resolved.
