I've been trying to access the shop the last few days and the shop is unresponsive. Has the shop site been down lately? I've only tried on mobile so far.

That's so weird Kristin! I just tried on mobile web and it wouldn't work for me either, but it's working fine on desktop!!
I'll let our support team know there are mobile issues right now!
