Weddingwire trouble rsvp Meal

We want our guests to RSVP on our website. We even had a QR made to direct them to the website printed on the traditional rsvp card. I've changed the menu options that they can select from. However, it is allowing the guest to RSVP attending but not requiring them to choose an entree, what am I doing wrong?

    I had a lot of issues with RSVP, including guess not coming up at all when I tested it. I tossed the WeddingWire website and went with minted.com. Much much much much 1000 times better

    If I were you I would reach out to wedding wire support and get your money back. I don’t even know why they charge, everyone has issues with their site.

    Are you saying the drop-down to select a meal doesn't show at all or you can't make it required? I don't think you can make choosing a meal required unfortunately. I plan to just reach out to those who rsvp without choosing an entree

    How do I change the menu options on RSVP page? Guests are responding with "fish" but that is not an option with my vendor.

    Yes, you should request that your Development Team make this option mandatory ASAP. The whole RSVP function is basically useless without it. Also, we need the ability to ask other questions. For example, what is your email for COVID updates? Do you have food allergies? The generic "other comments" is completely insufficient. I'm really bummed we paid for this with the minimal functionality.
