Christine, on May 18, 2015 at 11:02 AM Posted in Planning 0 7

Did or will any of you have itineraries made? What did you include on it? One of FH's gm is a graphic designers and he's gonna create an itinerary that we'll be able to print up for out guests (DW). Trying to get some ideas.

Are you taking responsibility for them for the whole weekend?

We are having a DW, and our hosting three events, Friday welcome dinner/cocktails, Saturday BBQ on Beach, Sunday Ceremony w/ dinner following. Mon-Friday after the Ceremony will be open for vacation NO hosted events. I have listed this info on our wedding website.

We are not doing an itinerary...However in the welcome bags I am including a "brag book" This little book will have our hosted events, hotels and numbers of the Wedding party, and a booklet I put together on Maui, includes free events, coupons, cultural ideas around the island.

Still doing the welcome drinks Faran lol. We're not hosting the entire weekend, just the welcome drinks the night before and the wedding. We may also organize a beach trip for the day after but it wouldn't be a hosted thing, more like if you're still in town come join us.

No.. we had no agenda! We did list an attractions page on our website letting them know places and things to do and see nearby. You would probably appreciate having nothing scheduled or planned.. less stress for you. The only thing we had planned were the rehearsal and the rehearsal dinner.

I guess I just wanted examples of things yall included. Like, an in detail timeline of wedding day, stuff like that. Also any photos if you have them. I saw this cute one on Etsy that I may base ours off of.
