Weight loss before the wedding

Can anyone recomend me an effective diet for losing at least 15 lbs before de wedding??

    Keto diet is very effective at losing weight fast but hard to keep up! My friend lost 30 pounds in 10 weeks. It is a high fat very low carb diet, and it works! Just be careful to keep true to your nutritional needs.

    Biggest thing for me is holding yourself accountable, it's ok to treat yourself just make sure you hit the gym or go for a run afterwards

    My brothers both did great on keto. With my lifestyle keto wasn't doable, so I went just low carb. I've been eating 5 small low carb meals a day, and have must about 10 pounds in a few weeks.

    Diet and exercise! If you have iphone or android phone download my fitnesspal its a free app and you log in your goal you can do 1 pound a week or even 2 and it calculates your calories a day limit, fats, carbs etc. You can also log in your exercises and it tracks calories burned. Also it has a barcode scanner so you can scan items that have barcodes, and it even has restaurants with calories estimates for each meal on the menu. I have been using it and love it

    I cut down on carbs and the weight is coming off fast. Bad side is that if I even eat pasta once the weight comes back. Try to eat a lot of green veggies.

    It is mostly healthy eating that will help drop those lbs. I did Jenny Craig and actually liked the food. I am down 27 lbs and my family told me I am too thin now, so I'm trying to gain some weight. It is a little expensive but I am never hungry.

    When I wanted to lose a few pounds a couple of years ago, I used the Lose It! App. free version. It worked and helped me change my eating and exercise habits for the long run.

    I workout every day for about 45 minutes, and only eat fresh and healthy foods. I've hit 20 lbs down, but I'm down 2.5 dress sizes. (Lots of new muscle means the numbers on the scale don't go down).

    Eat less, move more. Low carb happens to work for me, but not for everyone.

    Get a fit bit or something like it and track your steps.

    Pills can't make it happen.

    I lost 60 lbs on take shape for life! It's 5 meal replacements and one lean and green meal per day ... lots of water but no exercise right away.

    Unfortunately not everyone can workout. I currently use a walker when I walk long distances. I have a very bad back and hip issues, so working out is a no no for me. So I changed my diet routine, I cut my carbs back to 15 grams per meal. And increased my protein intake. I cut my portions in 1/2 and drink nothing but water. To prevent water weight gain I take a diuretic 3 times a week prescribed by my doctor. So far I am down 20 lbs in a month. Hoping to reach my ideal weight in time to be measured for my wedding dress to be handmade for my vow renewal.

    @Shannon M....You are my Shero! I want to be down 70 by the big day. 60 more to go as of today. I cut out fast food, drink water only except weekends when I need my cocktail and increased my raw veg and fruit intake. I have arthritis in both knees and use to be a zumba queen. Too much trauma now so I switched to belly dancing. 12 days in and 10 pounds down. Good luck OP. You can do it! LET'S GO LADIES!!!
