I hear ya girl!!! I have soooo much body fat to lose so I can feel confident in my dress (final appt to lose it all will be Aug 8th, so I only have 4 weeks...) I'm committing myself fully to the F-Factor diet! I have heard, if I'm strict to keeping to it for the full 4 weeks, I can lose 8-10 lbs in one month! It's essentially a high fiber (low net carb) & protein diet. I recommend buying the book and falling "f-factor" "tanyazuckerbrot" on instagram and everywhere. We got this girl!!!

Exercise & modify diet (whichever works for you). I’ve lost 20 lbs since April. 1 lb = 3500 calories, so to lose 10 - 15 lbs in 2x weeks aim for a calorie decrease of 7000 a week (this could be done via limiting food, exceeded or both).
Also, if you are not following Keto I highly recommend adding a small sweet potato a day. FH does Vshred & that’s a recommendation from them. He said that he saw better results & felt better after adding it & I recently started adding it & am already feeling so much better. It really helps keep you so much fuller.

Intermittent fasting is extremely helpful for me!! I do the 16:8 ratio, meaning I fast for 16 hours, and have a 8 hour period that I am able to eat.

Two suggestions: Whole30. I've done it a few times to clean up my diet, and I feel amazing when I do. I did it this year between Thanksgiving and Christmas and lost 6-8lbs of mostly bloat. It also really helped curb my Christmas cookie eating. haha. I always realize how bloated I am by my regular diet when I do it!
Second option: I use the Beachbody workouts (21 Day Fix, etc.) & and their portion control app. (I'm not a coach!!) In their system -- rather than calories in/calories out -- for my current weight and activity level, I can have 4 cups of veggies a day, 3 cups of fruit, 4 servings of protein (about 3/4 of a cup), 3 servings of carbs (about 2/3 of a cup, or 1 slice of bread), etc. That has been more freeing than calorie counting for me because it forces me to think about all the food I *should* be eating in a day to really fuel my body well. It's similar to the whole30 in that regard, I suppose, because it's mostly cutting out the garbage that I regularly eat in favor of better, whole foods -- but it's far less restrictive than the whole30 because you can still have treats.
My friend has had good luck with Weight Watchers for similar reasons.
I've used MyFitnessPal in the past very successfully for calorie counting.
Essentially, find a system to make you accountable and more mindful of what you are putting in your body and move more than you currently are. Hit some weights regularly to really tone up, because even if you don't lose weight per say, you can still really lose inches and accomplish the same goal.

You can try eating healthier and work out a little bit. I am working out in the gym before my wedding in August of 2020 and I am going to try to eat healthier. I have to learn how to eat in portions also. So your portions helps out to. Good luck.
