Weight Loss Before Wedding

My fiance is wanting to lose about 70-100 pounds before our wedding but we don't know of any good workout routines to help him. We both have busy schedules so its hard to fit in anything more than walking. I want to talk him into trying a few of my Vegetarian food plans but I don't think he will be...

My fiance is wanting to lose about 70-100 pounds before our wedding but we don't know of any good workout routines to help him. We both have busy schedules so its hard to fit in anything more than walking. I want to talk him into trying a few of my Vegetarian food plans but I don't think he will be completely down for it... PLEASE HELP

    You Tube is amazing. It would prob be good to ease into it by walking everyday for a couple of weeks and doing gentle yoga stretching before starting in on the youtube workouts.

    Losing 70-100 lbs is not something you do "for the wedding." That's something you do for your own health and well-being.

    Stop looking at crash diets, MLM scheme diets, all that shit - he needs to talk to his doctor about a weight loss plan for him because if he has that much weight to lose, chances are his doctor is going to have some guidance on how to gradually build up exercise, as well as some good information on changing his diet.

    This is decision that he should be making for his own future and health - and he has enough time to do it - 3 years is a generous amount of time, if your wedding date is accurate. It's a marathon, not a sprint.
