So 2 days ago I went back to David's to find a veil that goes with my dress and I ended up putting my dress back on for the first time in about a year. And it didn't zip so I have finally found the motivation to diet and go to the gym! I need to lose about 5-10 lbs to get it to zip. My first alteration appointment is August 18!
Yesterday, I signed up for weight watchers. I've heard good things. Does anyone here have any advice for weight watchers or weight loss in general? I need to specifically lose some back fat.
