Weight Loss

Grace, on June 2, 2019 at 11:37 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 9
My wedding is in November and I’m really wanting to lose some weight and tone up. I am trying to eat better and exercise, but I’m limited on what I can and can’t eat because of stomach problems. I can’t eat the typical eggs, salad, yogurt, or anything of that sort. Any tips on how I can still lose some weight and feel great for my wedding? Please help!

I just did a great detox and lost 10 lbs in 21 days. It’s the dr Colbert 21 day detox. Fair warning it cuts out all bad food and sugar. It was hard but so worth it.

Given your dietary concerns, I would see a registered dietitian to discuss your dietary restrictions and goals to help you create a healthy, science-based eating plan. In general, it is better to seek the guidance of a professional rather than do fad diets that can actually do more harm than good.

For exercise I recommend weight training! I lost 5 pounds a week weight training and cutting back my calorie intake (1600 cal daily). I did this for 2 months and I felt amazing and had more energy through my day while I was losing weight and toning my body.

Hi there. It is not mandatory to eat that food which you have mentioned. It is enough to eat the same food you eat usually and try to burn more calories every day. Of course, try to avoid eating sweets, fast food, and all those high-calorie meals. Drink more still water and do more activity. The main goal is to burn more calories than you eat each day.

Download Myfitnesspal and count calories! The app will give you the recommended amount of calories for your goals and you can eat healthy foods that your stomach agrees with. Also exercise by doing both cardio and weight lifting a few times a week (3-5x). You'll lose weight just fine by doing this Smiley smile there's no magic food, weight loss happens by lowering calorie intake and burning more calories

I found Calories In/Calories Out to be the easiest and most effective way for me to lose weight! Set a calorie limit for each day, and just eat the foods you can within that. As for exercise, it's all about discipline - get yourself to work out when you can, whether that's two days a week or five. I would Google some workout plans and give them a try! Best of luck - you'll look beautiful on your wedding day no matter what Smiley smile

Lots of water and walk when you can. I'm in the middle of some weight loss myself and already lost 5 lbs!

Ive been doing beachbody for the past 8 months and it cut me in half. I can help you get two weeks for free if you want to try it! Also, its not so much about diet as it is portions. Buy some of those portion control boxes on amazon! https://www.amazon.com/Efficient-Nutrition-Portion-Containers-COMPLETE/dp/B01CXS6SGG
