Congratulations on starting your weight loss journey - starting is the hardest part! Keep up the good work and cut back on sugary drinks and processed food. Drink water often along with eating clean food!

It’s hard to get started but once you start to see results you will push yourself forward. Drink lots of water, cut out carbs and sugar as much as you can. Eat healthy proteins and lots of vegetables. Be careful with fruits because they have lots of sugar. By drinking half your body weight (in ounces) of water each day you won’t feel as hungry. I’ve done it and it works!! Good luck.

Find someone to keep you accountable! Whether that be someone who reminds you to work out daily or works out with you. A friend and I have Beachbody on Demand and we text each other every day that we have worked out and remind each other to work out if we haven't already. I'm also in an accountability group with my Beachbody coach.

I used Noom (phone app) and had a lot of success. Instead of a meal plan, the app provides daily lessons and goals to help you understand why you are making certain food choices and boost motivation. It's not free, but it is definitely worth it!

Congratulations on your journey! I know you’re interested in weight loss, but I really hope that you are eating healthy along with it. They say 80% of weight loss is really the food you consume. I wanted to lose a few pounds for my wedding, and I stuck to a shred 10 diet for 10 days and it worked. I supplemented 2 meals with smoothies, no gluten, no processed sugars, no caffeine, no alcohol, no dairy. I went down a whole pant size. Now, I’ve maintained my weight loss and I have a breakfast smoothie almost every day because I like them. I stay away from gluten as much as possible, since it was giving me issues and I have alcohol n moderation. I try to make better choices about what I put in my mouth, and Pinterest has some great recipes. Start small with your changes, but be consistent and they’ll catch on. 21 days to create a habit!

Honestly first and foremost I hope your weightloss goals are for yourself otherwise "diets" wont help. I knew it was time last year and at the time my wedding was a year and a half away in the past year we changed the date closer and I lost 100 lbs. my biggest motivation wasn't the wedding or even the dress it was that forever wanst going to happen the way I was living life and I want forever for me and the FH.. I started doing keto in step 2018 by may of 2019 I was 100 lbs lighter and I have been consistent around the same weight for the last few months I have alot more I want to lose but I'm going to enjoy my wedding in 2 weeks and honeymoon ... although I have a dress fitting tomorrow and I have been making sure to shed the water weight bloat i have lol .... best of luck if u want more info message me

The weight lost is definitely for myself! I just want to look better and feel better. My FH loves me the way i am. Of course i wouldn't mind looking good in my dress but im in it for long term. My bestie is doing the keto diet it seems to be working for her, but im not sure if i would have the energy to keep up, but i live with a bunch of picky people. lol
