Hi Hi

This is kind of a tough and touchy subject for me but here goes

I would like to gain weight. Like just 5 lbs would be ideal in that I would still be able to fit into my dress that I haven't tried on in like 2 years.

This isn't a recent problem and I've tried numerous tips, diets, tricks, myths, "old wives tales" etc and nothing stays. It seems the only viable option is kids lol

But seriously, I know it's like the opposite problem than most brides (and women) so let's talk about it.

I have the exact same problem. My dress is a little bit loose, and my shoulders and chest look a little bit sickly. I'm healthy, but I look thinner than I probably should. It's a weird problem to have, for sure xD

I have the opposite problem but my niece was like you before her wedding. It bothered her that people always joked that she needed to eat a hamburger or a cookie. It always bothered me that people's "advice" was to be unhealthy. (Not saying I don't like a treat too, but there are better ways to gain)

If you are looking for advice or suggestions, they do have weight gainers shakes for body builders. Something like that might help. Good luck to you!

Work out with weights . Drink 50 grams of protein after each workout. Gain muscle and you should get that 5 lbs pretty easy.

I would honestly say diet. I ate about **** calories a day with 50% of that being healthy fats, 25% protein, and 25% carbs. Just simply adding olive oil or pure butter to foods adds on calories. I gained 5 pounds in a month. (i also tried not to exercise otherwise I'd have to eat 2500 calories a day to compensate). Good luck!
