Soooo a little disappointed this week, I gained 0.6 lbs back. I know, I know, that could be due to anything, but I have really felt good and thought I was doing well so to see any increase in the number was disappointing! HOWEVER! When I went to track my weight and I put in that it went up, the WW online program quickly directed me to articles about why I shouldn't be concerned. Do you think they're lying to me??? Anyway, I used up almost ALL of my flex points (I have 49 to use in a week- twice this week we went out for ice cream to use up some and I got the lowest point item I could find!) so I think I will stick to trying to use as few flex points as I can and only use them for the overflow from a day (say I make a dinner and it is 8 pts and I only have 6 left for the day) or for special occasions. So anyway, just an update!!! Let's hope that next week I lose again so I don't lose any motivation!
