Weight watchers

Paige, on September 30, 2019 at 4:26 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 3
Hi all! My aunt recently recommended I try weight watchers. Has anyone used this? What do I need to know? I know it’s based on points. Any good recipes? What are some foods that are low points? Looking forward to losing some lbs before the big day!

I did it in the past and lost some weight. It’s changed since I did it. It focuses on portion control and making healthy swaps. They have many zero point foods! I had a list of them but I deleted it. Just google weight watches zero point foods and you’ll find that info.
    Good luck!!

I'm on it and love it! It really teaches you how to eat and pick healthier foods in moderation. I like the recipes on the Weight Watchers app but honestly I get most of mine from pinterest and just put them in ww's recipe builder to figure out points. All fruits/veggies, beans, eggs and chicken breasts are 0 points and there are many other low point foods too.

I used to be on it and I did lose a lot of weight when I worked the program!
