Washington or Oregon? Gift card for a local restaurant unique to the area. Candy or other foods local. A tourist map

I think it would be nice to include a write-up with some recommended hiking trails to enjoy the beautiful, long PNW summer days. If by Seattle, you include Mariners game tix. For indoor: directions to see Chihuly (Seattle, Tacoma) and Nordstrom. For items, you can include Honey Crisp apples, Starbucks or local coffee roasters, local donuts, Chukar chocolate cherries, or Columbia River wine. All these have a bit of local flavor, but I'm sure you have some fun favs. For general welcome items, I used Amazon alot and found good deals on bags, individually wrapped slippers, gel eye and lip masks, advil, hydration packs, + nuts and SmartWater. Good luck.

Hmm do you have a price range for each bag? Id start with a bottle of water and snack maybe a packet of Advil or Tylenol, a packet of one of those electrolyte replenishers like drip drop, hand sanitizer, a mask, sights to see in the area, any important wedding events or info such as shuttle times etc. If you have more money to spend a Starbucks gift card is always welcome. Good luck, if you belong to like a Costcos or Sam's club I d peruse the aisles you can probably come up with some good ideas in bulk!

I love these ideas that Michelle suggested! Local items are always great to include, especially if you have a lot of guests from out of town. A welcome letter with suggestions of places to visit in the area, the wedding events and the details (welcome party date/time/location, ceremony and reception date/time/location, farewell brunch, transportation options, etc) would also be good to include, along with a map of the area, local snacks, water, sunglasses, deck of cards, first aid kit, etc.

No price range yet, just looking for ideas at this point. I hadn't thought of buying items in bulk from Costco or Sam's Club! Thanks!

I made a few welcome bags for people coming out of state and I included a pashmina, a pair of hand crafted earrings that matched color-wise, a small local map, and I made up my own little booklet with things to do and places to eat as well as a timeline/itinerary. These for just for like, my future in laws and my finances siblings who are all coming for the weekend but I thought it would help give you ideas. I shared a couple photos of the little book I made and map; I found the booklet aWelcome Bag Ideas 1

nd customized it on Zazzle. The map I made and printed using Clipart off etsy and used Zazzle to print.Welcome Bag Ideas 2
