Welcome bag

We are having our wedding in Key West, so everyone is traveling down for it. I’m making welcome bags instead of giving out traditional favors. I’m including some snacks, bottles of water, packets of water flavoring, pura vida bracelets, and individual packets of Tylenol, Advil, pepto bismol, and sunscreen. I’m going to use canvas bags instead of paper bags so people can reuse them as beach bags. I feel like I’m missing something, but can’t remember. My main thought was to only give things people could actually use and wouldn’t be a hassle to bring home.

This is such a cute idea. Some ideas for items you could include are sunblock, lip balm with SPF, bug spray, fresh oranges, fruity teas, locally roasted coffee, orange jelly beans, energy bars, other snacks like potato chips, information on local restaurants/bars/things to do, mini liquor bottles, and that’s all I’ve got at the moment!

Great idea! Thank you. I was thinking about paper gift bags but canvas bags sound even better and makes perfect sense.
